How do you prepare your coffee?

The Bodum is a coffee maker that is part of the Slow Coffee wave; where we take the time again to prepare a good coffee ourselves. The coffee is worked gently and with patience. The cup offers very different aromas than in espresso extraction, for example.

1. Half-fill the water kettle and heat (between 90°C and 95°C).

2. Position the filter on the coffee maker and pour the ground (ground coffee) into it. For 2 people 6 spoons are sufficient but add 1 or 2 spoons if you like strong coffee.

3. Pour in some water over the coffee grounds, until covered and wait about 30 seconds.

4. Gently pour the remaining water over the ground in circles. Wait 1 minute so that the coffee reveals a maximum of aromas.

5. Remove filter: It is washable and reusable. Position the plastic cover. Enjoy!
